As if that was not enough she went ahead to embarrass DJ Dido who was on the decks and took over claiming “Huyu DJ hajui anachofanya (This DJ doesn’t understand his job).Well, might the speculation that she a

Nalia(Lace) and Nyanda(Brick)on stage
Looks like organisers of Redsan’s Versatility album were not really interested in media coverage.K24’s Entertainment Diary presenter Remmy Majala got roughed up by bouncers as she was trying to get close to the Jamaican Duo Brick n Lace. She was not the only one in the mix but also Nation and Standard (Pulse) camera men. According to the Nation Photojournalist who preferred anonymity it was the Blackstar crew member who apparently was harassing journalists. “It was a plump lady in a Black Star T-shirt who was harassing us. I wonder whether she has knowledge on how expensive a camera is” he fumed. “I was threatened by Redsan's and Carnivore bouncers not to take any photos as they were harassing my fellow photojournalists and my Camera literally thrown on the ground. It was quite traumatizing” said the Pulse photographer.
“If they did not want any media coverage then why did they give press passes” another member of the Fourth Estate wondered. The event was also marred by a rowdy crowd that occasionally booed at the performers on stage. However, its more than obvious Redsan is on top of his game as he rocked the crowd more than the guest artistes Brick n Lace whom most the crowd in attendance considered three hit wonders after performing their three porpular tracks Bad to de bone, Never Never and Love is wicked. The crowd was mainly disgusted when the twins went ahead and performed other artistes songs like No one by Alicia Keys just to mention a few.

Abbas ,Chiwawa and Attitude and Crooked Qs

Despite radio adverts claiming the two would be in performance, it is said that by Saturday morning it was known to the oganisers that Ng'ang'a would not be at Carnivore for the event and therefore without Ng'ang'a in the picture it did not make sense for Debarl to perform either as it was meant to be a face-off. Rasta men form a Sacco.
After the death of King Monday the Rasta DJs have now come together and formed a Rasta Sacco meant to help one another in times of need. This was an idea by Benny formerly of Shashamane International and also a nurse in Kenyatta hospital. “If the Sacco had been formed earlier I don’t think King Monday would have wasted as he was. He lacked financially and emotionally frustrated. This Sacco has also attracted non Rasta DJs and we are also requesting other interested DJs.” Said Benny.
Kenzo’s new strategy of wooing fans.
Kenzo’s lifestyle has seemingly changed from being in the limelight because of music to his drama with women.
Hardly weeks after the Mama Milka singer broke up with his girl friend fellow Ogopa signed artiste, Mauryshia Milan, the artiste is said to have been involved with two women who are related. One lady whose name is Essie Lusweti told our Xpress Entertainment that the artiste was on her case even before they had broken up with Mauryshia. “Kenzo was vybing my auntie who is now out of the country and also at the same time flirting with me telling me that am the girl he wanted to break his virginity with. This happened even before he broke up with his girl and at one instance the girl called me and told me that Kenzo was off-limits to any other girl since they were serious and were even going to adopt a baby “said a bitter Essie. Kenzo however dismissed these allegations though he admitted he knew Essie. “Am very disappointed in Essie because she misunderstood my kindness towards her. I wonder what to do since if I act snobbish I will loose my fans.” Kenzo defended himself. Well, on a lighter note this kind of explains why Mama Milka would not let him date Milka …Matata hii!!
DJ Lastborn joins Fridays con list.
Kisumu based Entertainment unit Airmaxx International CEO, Daniel Friday, seemingly owes many unknown people. The latest to confess is DJ Lastborn whom Friday owes Kshs 13,000.Apparently he was to pay him Kshs 20,000 but only gave him Kshs 7,000. “He gave me the amount and told me he was broke at the moment but would pay me later but the next time I heard about him he was out of the country anyway I decided to let go since that is not even a quarter of the amount I earn in a single show “said a less concerned Lastborn. When questioned by our reporter, Friday denied the allegations. “I cant believe Lastborn could lie about that despite the VIP treatment I offered him when he was in Kisumu.I have lost all the respect I had for him. “he defended himself.

Mkamba Mmoja’s one night with police.
Labalaa Mkamba Mmoja of the duo Wakamba Wawili is a bitter man after a nasty experience he had with the cops almost a week ago. The artiste who is also a member of Ukoo flani one of the fastest growing hip-hop units was a few days ago harassed by policemen on night patrol apparently because he spots dreadlocks. “This cops wont give us(Ukoo flani peace)yet they know we are artistes trying to make a living and that’s why at times we make it home at odd hours.” the rapper told our reporter . “Actually what made me mad is that the cop had the guts had the guts to physically assault me by slapping me that I had to slap him back.” he added .The artiste was later bailed out by his friends at the wee hours of the morning.
Radull making it big.
Radio Jambo Programmes Controller Carol Radull made her TV debut on supersport. It's no surprise; however that she makes the appearance on a sport show. Radull will be hosting a show called Simba Super Soccer that will air on the Supersport Select channel.
